I have do have to say I have splurged a couple of times. Yesterday I bought a diet coke to go with my meal at a church function but I still ate like I was suppose to. And a couple of days when I first started I ate a bagel with cream cheese and nutella.
For dessert I have been having Vanilla yogurt mixed with cottage cheese and Saigon cinnamon.
Brunch 2 eggs, All you can eat salmon ( left over from last night)and salsa, Aprox .5 cup of cottage cheese and a tangerine
It was soo good but it was very filling
