Brunch: 2 eggs with salsa and parmesan scrambled together and cooked just until the shimmer was gone and immediately put on a plate.
Snack: tangerine with a cup of water
So tonight I had baked salmon. I used the recipe up above as a guide. All this hydrating for this 17 day diet I guess has me craving salt because my family said I made the salmon too salty but I thought it was sooo good. Had Broccoli with it too.
Later if I get hungry I plan to have some plain yogurt.
